Shipments within Panama will take 1-5 business days to arrive, unless otherwise stated. All shipments outside of Panama will take 4-7 business days to arrive. When making an international order you will receive an email with the tracking number of the order.
If you require changes to your order; you have 24 hours after placing the order to make any changes, including incorrect address details and/or item sizing. Please contact us at hello@bydayra.com.
If your order has already been processed and shipped out, DCF DESIGN CORP has no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, you may proceed and request a return or exchange within the first 3 days upon arrival to change incorrect items. Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the clients incurring redirection fees.
Return Policy:
In order to return a product please contact us at hello@bydayra.com or the website chat. You have a time frame of 14 days since the product was received to change or return it. The item returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels.
When the product is received, the supplier performs the quality control that takes approximately 3 business days. When the status of the product is determined, the change or refund is authorized. Refunds may take up to 48h to appear.
Please note all sale items are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for exchanges or returns.

All prices stated in the website are in USD.
DCF DESIGN CORP is NOT responsible for any duties and or taxes you may be charged when receiving the package. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. Please make sure to consult with your local authorities and customs office regarding import duties fees.
